Ok, so you're not able to tell me what the current rating is of the KSD301 that comes installed in the BrewZillas (and is sold as a spare part)?

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Yeah, I've already got a brewery controller though so I'm powering the elements directly - would like to know which version of the KSD301 is in use so I know whether it can still be wired in series with the elements or not (obviously needs upgraded wiring to the KSD301 if so). Thanks,

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Thanks for the reply but the spec sheet lists three rated current variants - 5A, 10A and 16A - so was asking which type is being used in the BZ35 and 65 please? There's no codes visible on the product listing photos or the unit itself in my vessels. Thank you,

Thanks for that 👍 Do you mind elaborating a little more on the "PE" please? I did a bit of high-level reading into the different types of plastic used in food packaging and polyethylene seemed to come in three main types - polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and high- and low-density polyethylene...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

@KegLand-com-au, which of the three layers of the hot fill bags is the wort-contact one? What are the chemical characteristics (of whichever layer it is) in relation to leaching when heated? I've used them a couple of times now and they're bloody handy, but I've heard some reservations from...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

No worries, I've moved the pump on my bz35 unit so that it gravity drains instead but that's pretty slow - was hoping it would be a larger port on the bigger unit but I guess it's a pretty niche use case. What's the volume below the base of the malt pipe in the 100L unit (dead space I guess)...

    KegLand Questions and Answers

Hi @KegLand-com-au, is the inner diameter of the centre drain the same in the 100L BrewZilla as it is in the 35L/65L models, or is it larger? Thanks

Hey mate, do you mind posting some links to a few of those discussions please? I've never been able to find much info from my googling. Cheers

    King Keg

Is that an A-type, and if so do you have any other pics showing the connections? I'm less interested in it being $12 than I am the fact that it appears to be low profile, given the biggest issue with A-types is how tall they are.

    All froth & no bubble

Yep - cold beer + cold taps + cold glasses + beer carbonated no higher than serving pressure is a great way to keep the CO2 where it belongs, then work the tap to get the amount of foam you desire.

    All froth & no bubble

Bubbles appearing while the beer is sitting in the lines is because there's not enough pressure for the carbon dioxide to remain in solution - The pressure is the same as the carbonation pressure but the temperature of the beer in the lines is higher The temperature is the same as when...
