I have a similar problem and am contemplating some kind of hop tea/French press addition to try and add some bitterness. There are some threads on the forum that talk abt these methods but nothing really definitive that I could find.

I will be updating my order in a tick but one thing I noticed with the list as it stands is there are many 'one of each' quantities (myself included) is this too vague considering that another hop type has been added? Should we all be a little more explicit?
