    WTB: Oxygen Setup

Had some issues with fermentation recently, hoping to improve that side of things so I'm looking to get setup for oxygen as one part of it. Is any one keen to get rid of an O2 bottle, regulator or an 0.5 micron air stone?

    Melbourne Water

Hey guys, I've got access to triple filtered water at my work (I work at a lab), is this great- or could it remove a bunch of important minerals in the process since its 'triple' filtered.

Haha all good Alex, I did buy one on ebay for $12 and it was faulty from the get go unfortunately so I had to resort to the shitty sticker thermometer. Serves me right for trying to save a few bucks. What are peoples thoughts on using an ice filled esky for my second chiller- is the...

    Immersion Chiller- New

I was having troubles with my thermometer (bought on ebay, first use, absolute dud!) so I didn't get an accurate measure of how long it took- I'd been running it for about 15-20 mins before I clued onto the thermometer and it had cooled it from boiling to room temp. That's not a bad idea...

Immersion Chiller and/or Gas Burner for first BIAB

Haha yeh that's a fair concern. I have a pretty large courtyard, central to the whole complex, everyone's cooking smells pretty dam good here but I think it'll be hard to beat fresh wort, hopefully I'll smoke out a few home brewers if there are any. I have looked at electric but I dunno I...

Dedicated Brew In A Bag (BIAB) Guide, Problems & Solution Thread

Anyone using Keggles for their BIAB setup? I'm pretty keen to convert one but my grandfather was saying a keg could be quite hard to clean between brews. How big is the risk there?
