    Belgian Candi Sugar - CONFUSED!!

I think with my limited research on undertaking the process; research, procuring beet sugar (buy + delivery, small amount of consumables, and making it (if successful)) based on batch size.. my view is to buy the finished product. If you cost it up, it probably does'nt save that much money based...

    vicbrew 2018 _ aabc 2018

Just wondering how the countback system works? As example in Belgian Ale 1 & 2 places rated the same at 127.5 points and 3 & 4 also the same at 126. Cheers in advance.

Control box - test - fail

Not an elect.. but make safe. With some of those terminals I would remove each wire and check not shorting across to another. Maybe check continuity between close terminals before doing so..that could speed up the process. At work we have id label on every wire printed. That might help to check...

Heading to USA in a couple weeks...

Not that this would impact greatly on your weight, but I could'nt find a supplier in Australia selling erlenmeyer flask foam stoppers (instead of foil) for making a yeast starter. Got some in the U.S. last month. If you are into Randals and don't want to make one yourself and cashed up, then a...

Red Ne-IPA (hopping, yeast and scheduals for the jusiest IPA?)

I have never made a NEIPA so please maybe don't consider my comment.. I would have assumed there would be wheat and rolled oats to promote some more haze, but also mouthfeel and head retention. Also the Shepherd's Delight might give an overpowering flavour profile at that level (7%) considering...

    Australian Amateur Brewing Championship

Well I don't know what mind altering substance I am on (other than beer) but I clearly recall no result listed in the full summary, a conversation saying the bottle was not judged.. and as a surprise I log on today and find result sheets. WTF is going on? :what: I look like a dick.

    Australian Amateur Brewing Championship

.. So that is it for me this year. Dummy going back in. .. Well after calming down and sucking on my dummy, I remembered my old facebook account fired it up and PM'd AABC today. Bottle of cider was not received for the record but the IPA was.

    Australian Amateur Brewing Championship

So as I break Ocsober out of spite (this is going to cost me $25..) I write the following and apologies in advance to all. Maybe ANHC are watching this thread. I don't want to stoop to this level but I am going to. I don't frequent these forums very often so I'm sorry what I am going to put...
