    bottled it up today, all seemed fairly normal, the bottom of the fermenter was full of "leftovers" and it smelled quite good, we'll see how it turns out in another couple of weeks.

    I started a fresh wort IPA kit a week ago from ND Brewing. I have had to pitch a yeast in to it twice and I still have nothing coming from it. It was about 24 degrees when I pitched the first one, 22 the second time about 4 days later. I'm not sure if the wort is off or has a use by date but...

    Maintaining Temperature

    I used a large size OzTrail collapsible camping bin from BCF. It's quite strong and easy to insulate with some cardboard or foam. It holds the temp quite well with some ice bricks inside it. I had it down to 18 easily in the last 2 weeks.

    100 Can Cooler Bag.

    I couldn't get a can cooler. Ended up at BCF and got an OzTrail collapsible camping bin. It's a heavy duty PVC and it worked pretty well, it even has a zipper lid. With some polystyrene from my new TV delivery I insulated it on the bottom and sides. A few ice bricks in there and I had it...
