Hey all, A couple questions regarding temperature control, any input would be much appreciated. 1) I've got a heat belt, but I get the impression that these reptile incubator heat pads are the go. Thoughts? 2) Whats a good setting the have the compressor delay on with an STC-1000? Cheers!

Interesting...I've had someone also suggest 1/4 jack. Would be quite easy to mount a barrel type input into the side of a fridge and then a jack onto the wire from the controller.

Yeah that's the idea - I want to leave the thermowell in my fermenting fridge, and be able to use the controller for mashing. Cheers.
