Gday noob question just been pondering using a coopers Ginger beer kit can I do a half brew non alcoholic save the other than do the other half alcoholic later?
Gday all 3rd brew down now first issue I have a apa with the gravity at 1010 after 7 and 9 days. As you can see it's really cloudy and cascade hops are still in suspension should I wait to bottle or leave it? Tastes good though.
