    Cheers mate. I'm going to leave it in primary for 3 weeks, crash it for 3 days also. its day 7 now, just had a little taste and the bitterness has dropped alot, though so has the aroma, i dont want more citrus, i want more passionfruit.. reckon 20g centennial 20g galaxy on the dry hop?? not...

    WWDWD i used your recipe on pot #30, been in the fermenter for 4 days and it smells incredible. Will stick to your dry hop schedule also. I've read this entire thread and all the input is fantastic guys.

    i hope so mate. cost a bit for ingredients. hop hog is my fave beer atm.. i hope the extra malt helps hold the bitterness together well.. how long so you usually need to bottle age an ipa? -Matt

    hey mate, im lucky to punch out 19.5L per batch. i try not to dilute it.. gives me less beer but more flavour IMO i put 185g of dextrose in my corona that i bottled on Wednesday so i'll let you know how it goes -Matt

    Hi flash, bottles i primed are sitting in my bar, never higher than 24 deg bulk primed bottles are in my spare fridge, which is off, sitting at 21 degrees 1st batch bottled 3 weeks ago 2nd batch bottled 2 weeks ago im bout to bottle on wednesday. wtf am i doing wrong here -Matt
