Hi all just put in a pale ale in the keg I have it at 20 psi clear the head space now should I disconnect the gas line or leave it on. I'm not doing the roll or shake methods just has and leave ?

Hi I have an American pale ale that is waiting for the keg. My question is can I keg it now and transport it to vic in 2 weeks time.im driving from qld. Gunna load me keg fridge on the ute. Any advice on gassing keeping cool in a 19 lt keg ECt would be good thanks.

Hey mate I brew an American pale ale in the bag. Did a dry hop for 4 weeks. For my first brew I was impressed. I put it in keg but think I over gassed it. Tried releasing pressure. Turning pouring pressure to 4 psi. Even beer line lengths still to much troth/ head. To me the brew settle a lot...
