    Hi Guys, just need a more experienced brewer to cast their eye over this recipe. It's taken from the book 'Extreme Brewing' by the dogfish head guys. The recipe in the book says I should be hitting SG1.066 to 1.069 with a target of 7 to 7.5% and 100 IBU's but beersmith is predicting 137IBU's...
