    hi,im building a wort cooker from an old 50lt keg,weve cut a 30 cm hole in the top and added a threadded bung for drainage down the bottom,do you think i should add a flange on the hole on top and make it semi pressurised ,ive never made a wort cooker before. thanks :beer:
