    Hi, I've made an AG Saison using 3724 and then 3711 to dry it out. OG 1.057 It's been sitting at 1.006 (20c) for about four days but there is still allot of bubbles coming out the airlock. In the past I've always had limited or no airlock activity when the SG was the same for so long. Is it...

    Hi, Is there any issue swapping out 100g of choc malt in a recipe for 200g of Pale chocolate malt? I've read allot of caution should be used with choc malt, is pale a safer option? Cheers Anthony

    Hi all, I have found a recipe for an American lager I'd like to make. Something for the masses.. It says I should use American 2-row and not pilsner malt. Might be a stupid question but I've had a look on CB and some other suppliers and am not sure which grain to get? I'm keen on making it...
