I drink at least one a night.... best way to come down after busy service. I have a major caffiene addiction so after 3-4 cups(mostly am) a day it helps me slow down...... The way I balance it out? I drink up to 6-7lt of water a day...

1pkt knocked a 1060 down to 1006 in 6 days!!! This was at 25deg. Tasting at bottling was all pears with a hint of pepper.....

I put the Belle Saison into a simple K+B Draught recipe (OG 1061) and it is down to 1006 in 4 days..... Cold Crashing it now... Sample was pretty good - cant wait to taste it in a few weeks

I just used T-58 in my Belgian Extra Dark. Good yeast.... Samples at bottling and after 2 weeks have this as being one of my better efforts - going to give it another couple of weeks before trying it again. A couple of Bottles will def be put away ffor more long term aging...
