Hi, I have a batch of apple juice fermenting in a 5 litre bottle with airlock. The juice came from Woolies (2 x 2.4 litres for $7.00) I added 1.5 cups of sugar to this and half a pack of SN9 yeast. Its very happy bubbling away in the kitchen. I wish to bottle it when ready into stubby bottles...

I've worked with a lot of Americans and Canadians.. I have found them to be generally polite, hard working and friendly. You get the odd idiot but thats the same with any country.

Bottled tonight. Its tastes fine. I was just thrown by it fermenting so quick. I'm looking forward to sampling it in a few weeks:-) I'll let you all know how it goes. Once agian, I appreciate your assistance. Cheers, M

Hi all. I have managed to have a few good brews using Coopers cans but for this current brew I have tried a Mangrove Jacks Classic Blonde. I mixed it up on Saturday (16th). Everything was sterilsed very well. OG was 1037. It bubbled away nicely the next morning, but now appears to have stopped...
