    Cooper's Mexican Cerveza 2

Rice gives body in this beer as wheat does for a larger or ale. That and the dry enzyme pushes it towards, say an asahi. Dry, crisp taste. It's my tip if your going for that style.

How Do I Measure Alc/vol Content On Beer Kit Form

Using your hydrometer and the calculator as the lads suggested will set you straight. If your keen on what is coming out of the tap or bottle, use one of these; Refractometer Additives in the beer will play with the % on a refractometer a little, but it's a cheap fun way of checking as you're...

    Kegging Setups

Pretty I got the fridge for 550 from a wholesale mob in Melbourne. Had to do a couple of Refridgeration retro's, but I had the parts already. The regs are cheapos I got from the states, just so I could get the pour spot on, I think maybe $150-160 when the dollar was good. Works week, really...

    Kegging Setups

I was really keen to get something that would hold 6 - 8 kegs, but it was a massive jump in price, couldn't justify it. Plus going any more taps was gunna kill me on cost. I've come to terms with it and the extra room means you can swap kegs out no dramas. 4 is good number of choices, stops me...
