200 litre batch and the counter flow restricts the standard pumps making wort too cold and take too long to transfer.

Cheers for the link. I need more grunt unfortunately. Somewhere in the order of 10-15m max head as a minimum. In reference to the OP there aren't any cheap suppliers of march pumps but the chugger looks like a good option, based on the above link, to replace the 809 march pump.

Can anyone give some specs on the chugger? Head of pressure/flow rate? Cheers.

There's a place called Weware in Adelaide that does brand new ones. Call Warrick on 088365 3200 they have a website but don't think they're listed on there. I got some only a couple months ago though.

Nige is right I have the older ones and why change what's not broken. I have disconnects to suit ball lock and cornelius pinlock for when mates bring beers to share but I'm happy with what I have. @wortI'm interested in yours and will pm you and I'm already bidding on the others. Cheers.

Cheers but they are cornelius type pinlock with a slightly larger diameter post so my disconnects will not fit.

I am looking to buy any pinlock kegs, the rheem/mytton rodd/ etc. basically old coke kegs and any disconnects available too as I am brewing a lot of different beers and am setting up a 4 tap fridge and need more kegs in the style I have. I wil pay a reasonable price and pick up from anywhere...
