    Gassing Problem

    When you finish carbonating the beer @ 300kpa, do you release the pressure in the keg first, then set your dispensing pressure. Or do u just set the dispensing pressure and then serve. im just curious wht is the best way of doing it. Cheers

    Thanks guys! I think i will just transfer straight to the keg as clarity seems to be very clear. 1 more question. Because i have 2 brews and 2 kegs, what is the best method of haveing both kegs active in the fridge. Can i jjust place both kegs in the fridge to chill and carbonate both kegs...
