Hi, I made about 5kg with my father in-law a few years ago but found after a little while they dried out and become too hard. For those making larger quantities for the months ahead, how do you keep them fresh or store them for the longer period. This has rekindled my interest again.

I say get the kegs first as they will only get more expensive. You used to be able to get Kegs for $50 delivered to your door about 2-3 years ago, now the cheapest is about $65.

I've never had this problem but I think it would make life easier to clean line and taps if there was a carbonation cap designed for the beer QD. This way it would be the reverse of carbonating a bottle, and you could use the soft drink bottle to squeeze cleaning fluid through the beer line...

Disagree with Warren on the 2 lever capper. I've probably only ever snapped 2 or 3 bottles out of thousands. They make bottling much quicker.

Dougy, I ordered through C&C and not all my kegs and parts arrived. Its well over 12 weeks now and Matt hasn't responded to any of my emails.
