Just been outside playing with the new toy . What a difference . The 3 ring burner took ( I was mucking around with hights) 110 minutes to get from 10 deg to 70 deg . And another 60 minutes to get it to the boil . The Megajet took 28 min to get from 10 to 70 deg and was boiling at 46 min . I...

Cheers fellas Will take all that onboard Think I was a little in shock when he told me the price, but was also excited and frothing at the bit to make this . I think in the long run its going to cost him more than its cost me . Wont be gettting much there from now on .

How do Hops and Yeast packs travel in the post ? Any harm with the differing temps the would encounter ?

Yes I have been looking at the sponsers sites and there is a great deal of difference . Like to support the LHBS but I dont wont to buy the damm thing. :) Might have to place an order and see how the system works .

Not sure why you would not put all your sugar ( Fermentables ) in at the start ? Sounds like it has finished to me at 1.006 check it over the next couple of days see if it gets any lower if not id say shes ready
