Anyone know of nercery's in melbourne that i can buy Hop plants from. I want plants like cascade and goldings. Also if i am looking for the cascade plant is their another name for it or is it just call cascade. any help will be greatful.

i thought that there will be no problem at all. it takes 4 days ofr it to ferment on clost to 30C and 6 days if it is on 21C

well na mate it wasn't an infection. i may have said it a bit wrongly. it was just such a stong taste because i used the BE2 wich was the wrong thing to use. when it comes to cider just keep the sugar simpal. simpal is better.

first - some problems i can see here is you added only 26L of water for one can. you have to have 17 liters total so with 2 cans you have to have a total of 34 litles of water. second - when tasting it, it will be alot better if you give it time after bottling it. even beer it doesn't taste...

i made their cider 3 times the first one turned out great as well as my third one. my second one i stuffed it up because i used BE2 which was too strong for cider and it made it taste like a vinager tast. simple sugar for lighted colourd beer is better like BE1
