    Boil rate

    How rolling is your boil - it seems I managed to boil off 35% of volume in a 60 min boil. Had a very low efficiency as I still got the right gravity at the end of the boil. Using BIAB so may not have stirred enough at start of boil.

    Hi, Made this recipe a couple of times. The first one turned out pretty good, though I didn't get full fermentation (stopped at SG 1.020) and felt a little syrupy. I think this is because I carefully transferred the wort without splashing after the boil. Tasted pretty good thought. Second...
