    Old Ginger Beer

    Hi all, Was cleaning out my garden shed and found a few crates of some Alcoholic Ginger Beer I made, I would say 4 years ago! Some are in old plastic soft drink bottles but some are in long-necks. :icon_vomit: What do you reckon, try one or will it kill me??? Cheers

    Forgot To Add Hop Bag

    Hi, Quick question. What is the lastest time I can add a hop bag? I put in a Pale Ale last Wednesday (25/5) and was suppopsed to put a 2nd hop bag in on Saturday for more aroma. Can I do it this arvo or is that to late? I will most probably bottle on Friday (6/6) or Saturday (7/6). Cheers Lano
