    Esb Fresh Wort Not Starting - 3 Days

    Did you re-hydrate or just throw in??? Did you oxygenate? What temp is the Fermentor at? Lager yeast can take at least 3 days to get going mate... don't stress. Let it go for 2-3weeks. If it's cold no sweat, it'll start it'll just take a while... if you've pitched a new 'ale' style yeast...

    Flat Beer

    Second that too dobbsy! Tasted mine after 2 weeks... then 3. still flat. Freaked out a little then did a little research. Realized the condition they were in (13-16 degrees) Boxed them up, took them to work. Constant 22 degrees. 1 more week then they were perfect.
