Yeast and brewers sugar...

    I Dispair

I went to my local liquorland against my better judgement (it was f*cking cold) to resist temptation to crack open my batch of stout in the cupboard (that is far far too young to drink) to buy some longnecks of coopers and for some reason i wanted to buy coopers dark ale quality drop just don't...

I'm left-handed which makes opening the cans for homebrew a pain in the arse, so i fired off an e-mail to coopers about introducing ring-pulls and here's the response i got. Gday Adam, We are trialling ring-pull lids and hope to make the change some time in the next year or so. In the...

    Morgans Sanitize

I like the idea of just doing it on the brew day and not using lots of water to do it. But i'm a bit iffy on how the hell am i meant to sanitize a 25lt tub without it being almost as much as a pain in the arse as doing it with coopers sanitizer. Any suggestions? Cheers Adam

    Clone Kits?

Are they worth the money? because they retail for about three times the price than your average tin of goo. Because i was looking in mitre10 and they had a kilkenny clone kit that is something i've wanted to do for ages but the fact its $40 is a bit steep tbh. Thoughts? On an unrelated note...

    I've Hit The Jackpot!
