    Hi, im starting to plan my first all grain. I cant find any info on what ratio of water to grain to use, or is ideal. Maybe there is a ratio of grain/water/final brew ? Is there a ratio? does it depend on what brew/grain im using? Cheers Stu

    How Long Before Fridging

    How long should I leave brews to second ferment in the bottle, before putting them in the fridge? Will fridging them stop them from "Ageing", i.e keep them at 2 weeks old forever? Or should I leave them to ferment for at least 6 weeks before fridging? Cheers Stu

    Wheat Beer Folly

    Thanks guys, I think i'll keep my filthy paws out in that case. The brew is brewcraft bavarian wheat, brewcraft 66 wheat convertor kit and safwheat yeast. Anyone used the 66 kit before? Im really not sure about the hops bag.....
