    Brewers Selection

    I'm ready to put down a St Peter's Brewery 15l Brewers Selection India Pale Ale using a Wyeast London Ale Yeast 1968 and have some Challenger hop pellets which are rated at 6.1% AAU. Are their any other brewers out there that have used the Challenger Hops and how do the compare to East Kent...
