    I used a Brewcraft munich larger kit (came with kit ) + 1kg LDME and S-23 yeast fermented for three weeks at 10- 14 deg.

    could still be my cleaning, I use no rinse on everything but still would dried malt be better than goop Im looking to move to mini mash / extract for next brew ?

    Ive knocked a couple of K&K's now and all I can taste / smell is a strong soapy sourness. Ive (mostly) discounted infection as there was nothing other that the taste to suggest it. The interesting thing is only me and one other bloke can taste it everyone else just tastes a nice clean beer...
