    Fermenting Lager Problem?

    I used the saflager s23 (country brewer brand not fermentis). It was kept under the house at a constant 14/15 degrees. And unfortunately I don't have access to a fermenting fridge.

I live in western sydney and I have been led to believe that hops grow in cool, dry climates...

    G'day all, I'm a new member also, and am giving this blogging thing a crack. I've been homebrewing for around 6 years and have started putting together my own dodgy brewery setup thing. I've finished converting an old esky into a mash tun (i'm a little concerned about heat retention, any ideas?)...
