When I bottled my stout the other day, I used about 1.5g of caster sugar per 330ml bottle, 1/3 tsp. When using carb drops I have found 1 is enough for a 750ml or 500ml bottle but I only use half of one for a 330ml and I get the right carbonation for me.

I use perc for soaking fermenters. Sod-Met for swishing round in fermenters before storage. But mostly, I just use boiling water on everything that can take it. Fermenters, cubes, bottles prior to filling, hoses, kegs. Works well and washes off any residue from sanitizers.

Yep, My setup is way more elaborate than I will ever need though, I should have made it simpler but thought auto mash temp control would be more easily achievable than it has been. I like being able to dial in the boil intensity though.

I have a 72Lt BIAB kettle with a camco 4500w PID controlled. Have a boil set on about 75% power and I think it'd do 100L no worries

I think you bottled too early, you want 3 days of consistent SG readings before bottling. I'd say it will still be fermenting in the bottles, if they were glass they'd explode. So your lager, if it survives, will be more like 4.5%

Try using a yeast starter for a quicker take-off.
