    Element Question

So to sum up tho, this element would be fine if it were run off a 15A circuit? I am thinking of using it for my HLT/HERMs coil via a PID and SSR.

    Reverse Flow Braumeister Clone

That is what I was thinking of QldKev. What efficiency do you get? I'm guessing the grain bed doesn't compact to much and relies on gravity to flow the wort through the bed. This is basically what I'm after....I think. What size element do you have?

    Raspberry beer

Straight to pigeon holeing someone huh..... When researching rasberry beers a common trait that I found was a lot of complaints about the tartiness as a result. My post was a mere possible solution to this. And 100% frozen rasberries are just that, not a puree But hey, you feel free to make...

    Raspberry beer

So if this is racked onto a puree, which normally has sugar added, wont the yeast just eat this and then your left with the fruit tartiness again? If you want to leave a sweeter rasberry taste could you make your own puree using lactose as a sweetener? That way the yeast won't eat it.

    bench top font

Why not have a cupboard under the font with quick disconnects? Have the chesty on wheels next to the cupboard. Open cupboard, disconnect font, feed lines thru hole in side of cupboard, roll out chesty.

    B.I.P.A. Recipe critique

Bum, I should have clarified, the 60-65 ibu figure is total not just the bittering addition. Yes I can get the midnight wheat; can it just be subbed for normal wheat or extra 5% in addition to the standard 5% wheat Cheers
