Not a great idea to drink before brewing!! Threw this together with a German "Bockish" Lager in mind(and a beer in hand). Wanted to use Hallertau but Challenger seemed like a good idea at the time??? I am sure it will fine(I hope). Would it be a better beer using S04??? English Bock...
