Just mashed in my entry! Hope I can get it ready in time, my fermenting freezer died too so no temp control. Doing a double batch of apa, different hops and yeast for each cube.

Haven't been on AHB in too long, only just saw this! Will see if i can get something brewed in time to enter.

If you bring or send a cube with someone else, i could up the volume to a triple batch and fill it for you. Just going to be doing something easy and quaffable for summer.

Country brewer works for me if matt is happy for us to brew. A quiet bevy at mothers milk would hit the spot too!

Works for me, I'll bring your smoker and drop it off on way there, or the way back. It's looking a bit the worse for wear, too much moisture here, if you bring some paint I could give you a hand recoating it.

Did extract for ages when my second was born, before i got set up with a decent AG system that didn't take forever to produce beer. Perfected the art of the "10 minute APA". Nice drop and wouldn't hesitate to do it again if i was stuck for time and my kegs were empty.

1096 holy ****! I just had another bottle of the american wheat, still too much like orange juice and the off flavours form the yeast getting too cold are still noticeable. Realised i normally do 50% bittering 50% cube hops, and this one was more like 10% / 90%... like i do for an APA...

Haha, i did a double batch today with my new pot, an APA but with different hops into the two cubes. I was really tempted to throw in some K in one but refrained. Did use the dark caramalt @ 5% though :) What was your hop schedule? PS The cider and ginger beer you left here I've got stuck...

Is all the cider that was left in the keezer yours? Including the dodgy looking 2litre coke bottles? :P
