    Continuing Jokes Thread

A pirate walked into a bar and the bartender said, "Hey, I haven't seen you in a while. What happened? You look terrible." "What do you mean?" said the pirate, "I feel fine." "What about the wooden leg? You didn't have that before." "Well, we were in a battle and I got hit with a...

    Afl Supercoach 2012

Week off accordingly! I await the winner of the losers playoff who then gets to play against this loser (my side!). :P

    Afl Supercoach 2012

Mass of late changes too this week already... far too many to list (or give away free hints to opponent!)...

    Afl Supercoach 2012

I think its been the toughest season yet of SC. The playing field is a lot more level with more knowledge of players. Throw in injuries (my rucks inparticular have been decimated this season) and its a lottery!!! Tanking! We love to tank. Kreuzer Cup ftw! If you are not top 4 (in AFL not SC)...

    Half Filling Kegs?

I read the question based on the assumption the OP was now looking at the next step in the process after purging. If I am incorrect, please disregard my post.

    Herms/rims Temp Control No Pid

I previously undertook a few comparisons between mash temp and RIMS tube outlet temps here (a few pages into the build thread): Post 62 - http://www.aussiehomebrewer.com/forum/inde...44730&st=60 The hottest point in the system is going to be directly downstream from the heating element, so that...

    Half Filling Kegs?

If you are carbing up slowly at serving pressure, then leave it hooked up. If you are force carbonating the keg then dial up your pressure, get to your desired carb level, then remove the gas QD from the keg. (I do the former, but its a personal choice).

    Afl Supercoach 2012

Did anyone note I had the 3rd highest points for this season? Ffs. Those early close (2 and 15 point) losses really hurt. Bah! Yeah minor playoffs it is for me. Well played the top 8. No real finals for me, just like my blues boys... <_<

    Afl Supercoach 2012

Over my dead (body) team... I think.... :icon_cheers: Sitting 8th in Dream Team at work too. Must win in both SC and DT for me this week. Although I am up against 2nd this week, Kevman. If Beachy wins and I lose, I drop to 9th. Bah! 9th would be double chance for minor playoffs though...

    Stainless Conical Fermentors

Punkin - can you flare the vertical sides' slightly' so the same sized vessel can be stacked one inside another and another etc? (this would also be fitting dependant of course) Would reduce shipping big time. I think if you can get a good price on these you will no doubt be on a winner. I...

    No Chill Cube Oaking

I was thinking you might be going bigger cubes - and thickness of the wood may be an issue re harboring nasties (as such I would be reluctant adding to wort). But finer (smaller) chips like that look like a good alternative fella!
