I get an error when not connected to the internet. The program searches for a cookie and freezes up if not connected as I have my browser set to delete cookies upon closing. Any tips?

From what I remember of Jamil's podcast... He said the enzymes from the barley don't get used up converting adjuncts... So the higher the percentage of adjuncts the longer it will take the enzymes to convert all the available starches to sugars As for max percentages... I don't know but someone...

Are you sure you didn't get a lung full of CO2 from the fermenter? I did that once... Not recommended!

I brewed up my second 20L stovetop AG on the weekend (Irish Red) no chilled in the stockpot, gladwrap sealed the lid on Bottled the previous batch (ESB) last night and pitched the yeast into the new batch. All done in 2 hours :beer:

It just so happens I will be in Melbourne next week :beerbang: PS where else is good to visit for beer in Melbourne / Vic? I went to the Local Taphouse last time which was great!
