    Guide To Keg Forced Carbonation.

    Hook up as you would for Ross method. Crank the reg up to 350psi for 15 seconds. No rocking required. Leave for 15 mins, release pressure. Set to serving pressure and enjoy. It will take a few more days to be perfect but you will be drinking carbed beer before you know it. :beer:

    I honestly do hope the heat problems with those elements have been fixed. I can't see it coping with a gas burner under it though. I have had and do have one, I just don't use it anymore. My 2c

    We send stuff to the territory and vice versa all the time. Greyhound is the best for those larger items unless it will fit in a post pack.

    I don't think it sounds like ********. Most crops will put some nutrient back into the roots-bulb-rhizome before dropping the leaf or dieing back. Once leaf is gone I wouldn't hesitate to prune. Disclaimer: not a hop grower here really, just using my basic knowledge of plants :D

    Benefits Of A 3v Brew Rig?

    I chose to go 3V because the process appealed to me and made sense. The 4-6 hour brew day doesn't phase me at all. It all flows nicely and the extra cleaning is only a mash tun as the HLT doesn't need cleaning. Electric temp controlled HLT, tech ice mash tun, spiral burner keggle FTW :lol:

    I work on having 38 ltr cooled wort into fermentor and consistently get 40 ltr, even allowing for 2-3 ltrs trub loss etc. My keg has about 48 ltrs after sparge, just watch it as you near the boil and turn the heat down accordingly and you won't have a boil over. I use an italian spiral and...
