I Made An All-grain Brewing Video

1st - I only posted a link to an AG brewing video already out there. It's made by a seppo called Krotchrot. Dunno why you're bagging it Snow??, you're being too negative! 2nd - I can't wait for decimal time. 3rd - Let's start using chains, fathoms and leagues as well? The guy's posting on an...

negative? I made no negative statements, only an observation about outdated measurement units. and yes, I hate that music too. Yes I am working on an AG video and possibly cartoon as well.

    Big Head Using Coil!

there's so many variables involved with pouring a good draught beer. what works for you at home may not work out in the bush camping. it's still best to keep your keg as cold as possible. a 19L corny keg fits into a 20L mayo bucket with room for about 1 bag of ice around it. if you then run it...

"Green Death"? In SA, that used to be Southwark Bitter Warren. Have you been sneaking over the border? Still marginally better than VB IMO.

    Adjuncts In A Wit

as with any ingredient, fresh is best IMO. And you get to smell it coming out of the mill :)

    Adjuncts In A Wit

torrefied and flaked might be processed differently but bourghul (broken wheat) is coarsely milled wheat. I prefer to mill it myself because you get some flour from it which converts more. I'm not sure coarse milled wheat is very efficient. (and certainly doesn't smell as fresh as fresh milled)

    Adjuncts In A Wit

Don't "boil" adjuncts, steep in hot water or simmer them. Otherwise they break up and make glue. DON'T add 40% unmalted wheat in a Wit!!! I recently used 60% wheat in a Wit and 15% of that was raw wheat. Way too tart. Try 5% I get free wheat and barley from farmers and use them as adjuncts but...

    Snake Eats Pets..

This isn't a joke, it's supposed to be true (if you believe AAP). Anyway, I laughed my arse off :D Python swallows pet dog A 5m python stalked a family's dog for days before swallowing the pet whole in front of horrified children. Even the children themselves were at risk from the reptile in...
