    Confession Time.............

This is inspired by a similar thread on HBT. I'll start by confessing that I never use boiled and cooled water to rehydrate my yeast. I just use warm tap water. I'm also very lax when it comes to hot side sanitation. I basically figure it's all going to be sterilised when it boils anyway...

    Full Pint: Brew Supplies

Ss Brewtech Tap Kit http://www.fullpint.com.au/ss-brewtech-bb-bmb-tap-kit/ Is this basically a weldless bulkhead fitting with a racking arm? Could it be used on any stainless vessel? I want to fit taps to two of my old Cornelius Kegs and use them as Fermentors. Thanks

what's the most time efficient AG method?

Another vote for the BM. The automation during the mash cycle means that you can spend 90% of that time doing other things. Edit: Having just watched the video I may have changed my mind. This Brewie looks ridiculously simple and makes the BM seem very hands on. And best of all it's self...

A need for a good quality inexpensive beer filtration system

I don't get much waste beer using this. The CO2 pushes it all out of the filter bowl into the keg. But to be fair, the last couple of batches I've used gelatine instead and haven't bothered filtering. Edit: Spelling

Any draftsmen on here? Need drafting software

Draftsight is a very good free 2D package. Almost identical to AutoCAD to use. I could probably knock them out for you if you can get the paper plans scanned and email them to me.

Rainwater chilling, sending back into tank, asking for trouble?

I collect the first (and hottest) run of cooling water and use it for cleaning my equipment. If you did this it would only be the cooler water that ran back into the tank.

    Blue Moon Extract Recipe

I've got an all grain recipe, but unfortunately never having done extract brewing, so wouldn't know where to start converting it. http://aussiehomebrewer.com/recipe/1669-thirsty-point-sparkling-wit/ It's a pretty good Blue Moon copy as far as my taste buds can tell. Edit: Spelling
