I don't know if this is a hoax or not but here's a vid of some Germans reviewing a Helium beer. An American company called Berkshire Brewing claim to make a Helium IPA too. Helium Beer Vid It's pretty funny watching them lose it though... :D

Did you use any finings at all in fermentation or at bottling? I've had something similar after adding too much gelatin to the secondary. It was like a fluff on the bottom of the bottle that never really settled out properly.
