very very rough guide, $5k for a 40ft dropped on your lawn ... there are loads of companies who will manage the door-to-door service or you can do LCL (less than container loads) where you pay per cubic metre, ideal for smaller loads but takes longer and costs more if you plan to source stuff...

Used summit (from Niko) twice now in my Rye IPA ... bittering, late hops and dry hops... both times the result has been good with no obvious onion flavour. I did mix with cascade though on both occasions. No complaints really... nice citrus twang and smooth like Magnum.

freezing will kill the yeast... cold wont you can always top crop at full krausen, make a starter from that... not ideal to let it ferment out and stay idle for ages but it works

I've got a nice alu 40L pot sitting in my brew shed... with a tap installed (brass but does the job). Even got a sheet of voile which is good for 5-6kg of grain. PM if interested... could then install a keg king element or get an over the side cheapo from eBay...

4x4 double cab ute with a canopy? Potentially better value, just as reliable.. heaps of storage space... road manners not great but Prado et al ain't much chop anyway.
