    Guys, reading the thread - it appears that several of us have similar interests. Like Trev - I too fly full size gliders (bathurst) and Colin - I also have a pretty good slection of model aircraft - mainly gliders and electric aircraft - however not into the glow power stuff. Cheers MarkWS

    Test drove yesterday my 2nd AG beer - SNPA from BYO mag published last year. Very happy with the result and reasonably close the real thing - highly recommend brewing this recipe if you have a copy of the mag. cheers MArkWS

    Removing Spent Grain From Mashtun

    Just finished my 2nd AG and just curious to hear if anyone has a smart way of removing spent grain from their mash tun. I am using a 44L esky with ss braid hose for filtration. I assume probably the simplest way is to buy a decent hand spade from the hardware...however open to suggestions...

    I finally received the may-june byo mag.....yesterday I almost declared the issue MIA...... I think that as a consumer you almost have to wait until until their faith in the postal system has died and then they let you have the goods!!!! glad to have the mag - hopefully something of interest...

    Kong is spot on - I have a subscription and have received the ?Dec/Jan issue or there abouts a couple of months ago - the next one should be in Oz soon (I hope). On average - wait at least 9 weeks at the time of release before you expect to see it. regards MarkWS

    Big D / Dicko A quick Q regarding - plumbing your two burners - did you use std components from groups such as Bunnings or did you have to go to a specific plumbing group ie does your system used std gas ballcocks etc. cheers Mark WS

    Jez, T&S valves definately are a great source for the ball valves - however the TS Locks are physically 1/2" requiring a slightly different thread - possibly the pitch of the thread is not 100% compatible with std BSP fittings... Cheers MWS

    Pumpy, in your boiler and HLT - have you used 1/2" bsp SS compression fittings. If so..can you please let me know where to track them down from.. cheers MarkWS
