Only use Stainless steel you will have problems with oxidisation using aluminium Stagger

We use Devcon all the time it's true it will set rock hard, we machine it after we have let it go hard. However i would think it would still take in some moisture and be a little weary, if it just a pin hole try to get it tig welded. Stagger

Forgive me if I am not getting it but I have 3 connectors that come out of my fridge, when I go to attach the taps I push back the connector and push in a male spigot that has 3 alignment dimples on it. Is this a snap lock ? Will the $72.50 set attach correctly? Stagger

I to had this problem, i have been brewing for our local comps here and i must have knocked the thermostat in my lager fridge and have managed to freeze 6 full kegs. My question is not have i stuffed my beer but will it have a unhealthy affect on it considering they are all for comps. Stagger

It's all safe, that why they have pressure relief valves. All I can say is I fill both steel and aluminium bottles with out a problem. I made the adapters myself and I brought the correct hose for the job, I would not do it with the wrong gear. Stagger

I tryed it last night first I chilled the bottle, attached the adapters inverted the filling bottle and filled, on the aluminium the bottle it gave a weight of 0.33kg of c02 and a tare weight of 0.53kg, after filling I weighed the bottle and I managed to get 0.343kg of c02 in the aluminium...

Unscrew the nipple and get someone to machine up an adapter to fit a normal gas connection. Stagger
