I've reserved a table in the past for dinner. The monthly beer launches and beer appreciation nights also make Archive a pretty great venue.

I've had both amazing and bland bottles of the white ale. More bland than amazing unfortunately but when you get a good one this is an impressive drop.

Just had a schooner at Archive (in brissie). Nice hop combination with a tasty malt balance that sneaks in after the hops fade away. It's certainly more adventurous than the IPA.

Pretty sure there is 3. One in the TAB room, one facing the room with all the tables/pool table and one past the bottle shop. I haven't been to the third one but I'm told it is there.

I managed to get a sample of this drop at a beer tasting at Nectar the other night. Very tasty drop. I was expecting something like a wit beer based on it being called a 'white ale' but it was too fruity without the usual wit yeast flavours.

It still goes down nicely though.

I finally got down there and sampled the BPA, Midnight stout, Star lager and Sunshine wheat. BPA was definitely the stand out but it was good to sample the old familiar drops again. Still eagerly awaiting the return of the bock though.
