Just a quick follow up of the above. It's now kegged and there are no faults which I can attribute to the No-Chill Method. I think I'll be using this method for a lot of my brews from now on.

BlueJ, try dropping the temp to around 2-3C or so, that should help drop out suspended yeast.

Some people do longer mashes, longer boils etc If you experience a stuck sparge that can throw your timing out also. Depending on whether you do a "no-chill" method or if you have a very effective chiller or not will also alter the timing of the day. Lots of variables, not just "fiddle...

BLASPHEMY!! :P 10,000 Days and Aenima would have to be my favourites. Every now and then I pull out Undertow and Opiate too. Salival is really really good too, especially "Push It" Live and the cover of Led Zep's "No Quarter" I do like Lateralus, but hasn't grabbed me as much as the others.

there's your answer! worst case scenario, you keg it and it becomes a little over carbonated.
