Andale Font & Snaplok adapters - Inner West Melbourne

I got this with some kegs I bought recently & I'm keeping the taps for my kegerator build, but left over is this font with snaplok adapters. They're old and it needs some TLC (new washers etc). Make an offer, I needs to reduce clutter.

Andale (I think) taps & kegerator build

****! I walked out of Andale $160 lighter today. I got the panel adapters & couplings, some beer line, which they attached & a few bits & bobs as well as some tap repair kits because the washers are rooted. Good gear though and I can upgrade to Florytes if I want to.

Assorted bottles & bottle capper, inner west Melbourne.

Bugger it, first to PM can have them. Also, the other bottles are going on a local FB buy swap sell site.

Hi Walla, you might need to duke it out with Tex unless he was only keen if they were all bulk buy bottles

West Footscray Tex, just to be clear though, this is a mixture of bottles (all good quality crown seals)

Hi guys, Lot 1) 2 x milk crates of hacker pschorr swing top bottles for sale (32 bottles in total). Some have been brewed in, some have only had the commercial beer in them. All clean, seals in good nick. Great bottles, want to keep them, but part of moving to kegs was a promise to declutter...

Andale (I think) taps & kegerator build

The Florytes do look good, trying to spend less $$$ though, not more. Out of interest, where would the 2nd hand market value the above taps complete with SS font?

Yeah, I might just take them in and see what they think the options are.

Andale (I think) taps & kegerator build

I'm not sure, they look very similar to the Andale EK taps in the catalogue, but the bloke said the one with "Downey" on the handle would be 20 years old. I like the idea of using taps that once belonged in a crusty pub, so I'd like to keep 'em if possible.

Andale (I think) taps & kegerator build

Just spoke with the bloke from Andale. I think I'm looking at around $60 each for the panel adapter and coupling (he reckoned the snaplok adapters I have attach to the panel adapter, not the shank) - as you say, it might come too far out from the fridge. Now considering selling the Andale...

Andale (I think) taps & kegerator build

Thanks mate, that's good advice. I work in Brunswick, so not far to Airport West. I might take the taps in and get some advice. Cheers

    Keg King Co2 Cylinder

Cheers guys, I had been under the impression that G&G only swapped MKOL bottles.

Andale (I think) taps & kegerator build

So the shank would work with the adapters in my pictures? Did you buy the components separately? Do you recall how much they set you back?

    Keg King Co2 Cylinder

About to buy a KK 2.6kg cylinder off eBay, but am cautious because they're substantially less than the MKOL ones. Anyone in Melbourne use a KK bottle and have no dramas refilling? Am I better off not being a tightarse & spending the extra $40 on the MKOL bottle I know I can swap at g&g?

Andale (I think) taps & kegerator build

I got these taps with a bunch of kegs I bought and would like to use them in a kegerator build. They came with a font, but I'd like to mount them on a fridge door. I think they are EK taps with snaplok adapters (though they aren't identical - one has "Downey" imprinted on the handle)...

How large is the brew fridge? Would it be suitable as a kegerator (fitting 3 cornies)?

    FS Kegs, Inner West Melbourne

For sale are: 2x20L Firestone kegs ($60 ea), an 18L Firestone keg and a 19L cornelius keg (both $50) as well as a 12L party keg I already listed (now $70). Or everything for $250. My preference is to sell everything together, but if there are no bites I'm happy to split. I bought these kegs a...
