Good point macmac. I currently just have it hanging in the air. I remember reading somewhere that the Tempmate's stock probe isn't meant for liquid. Would I have to buy a submersible one?

Do'h. I just kegged my first beer...........but forgot to sanitise my lines and tap. I only have the 1 keg ATM. Any ideas short of taking all the disconnects off and pouring the sanitiser through using gravity? Is there anything else I could pressurise to pump the sanitiser through? Cheers...

Just outside of Adelaide. I dont think it's leaking from the weld itself, just from the underside being rough and bumpy and the o-ring not making a seal on it. The o-ring seems new and soft.

Yeah it is definitely the keg itself and not the lid I reckon. Kegs were just bought off ebay, seller "the_kegging_company" They were advertised as "Fully Reconditioned" and "Pressure Tested"
