Does anyone have a PH adjustment calculator for dummies? Like where I can put in my PH and it tells me what to do? I am extremely non-scientific and get a headache just looking at a lot of the **** in the calculators I've seen

Did you weigh out some of the solution and then mix with water, or mix the whole lot and use part of the watered down solution?

Whether or not OP is interested, I think it's worth saying for others that might stumble across this in some google search... you can get a temperature controller for $15 off ebay if you only need to do hot OR cold at one time. If you need both (heating belt or fridge), an Inkbird is around $50...

Sorry for the delay - only remembered to measure this morning. They're 90mm apart, 270 total. If you add one more you would just fit the 40cm tray under It would work for drips, but wouldn't catch spillover from the sides of glasses when pouring from the taps on the edges. But then my 40cm tray...

When aging in the demijohn do you do it as-is, with the yeast and everything, or do you need to go to a secondary?

At chambers winery in rutherglen they use nitrogen for all their wines (edit: while sitting for tasting). Outside of maybe making it fizzy, when I asked them, they said no problems using co2 to do the same

The Co2 is sitting right behind it. The Temp control is inside the jug on the right (when I get around to it I'm moving it to that wine bottle so I can use the jug again) and it comes out the back. You can see the controller lying on the floor there I'm super happy with how the taps turned out...

Finally got around to putting this all together. Super happy with how it turned out. Tassy Blackwood for the collar, 4 taps going, room for one spare keg to swap over/lager, and a soda water tap. Not sure yet if I'll insulate the wood on the inside - probably will eventually, but for now it's...
