Is it possible to brew a lager with the Batch sparge method of mashing? If so, would like to know the ins and outs.

Just wonderin what happens when you lager for say 2 weeks or so at 0 degrees and then bottle, do you have to store the bottles at a cold temp from then on?

It's a pink powdery stuff. I used it as recommened by LHBS as a sanitizer and ended up with my first two undrinkable infected brews in four years, not happy jan. Will not use again and will never listen to LHBS again. I am thinking about getting some starsan to try, seems like it is the go.
