    How To - Gelatine

If you use Biofine there is not need to filter, my filter has not been used in 18 months. No need to add anything to the keg, pours perfectly clear first pour to the last. No trub in your lines and taps like gelatin.

Thailand's home-brew outlaws are serving up a revolution, one beer at a time

Well I have on more than one occasion, if you know where to look Thailand has some great craft breweries. Most are not there for the tourists. Chit Beer is a great little brewery, I'm happy to say I know the owner quite well and consider him a friend. Batz

    Second-Hand Grain Mill EOIs

Second-hand mills have been selling for $45.00-$50.00 here. For that price I would stick it in the shed. You never know. The $50.00 you will spend and have nothing to show for it, otherwise you have a nice mill you'll never use again.....that's me.

Bohemian Lager Yeast (Mangrove Jack's M84)

Hard to beat IMO. I love this yeast for lagers and pilsners, prefer it 34/70 myself. https://www.craftbrewer.com.au/shop/details.asp?PID=842

Careful of what you say here Pete. I had a few words of criticism and I have been punished. And sorry will not mention Biofine again. Seems I'm in more trouble than Mighty Mouse lately. :turning green:

    Biofine

Batz Kolsch. Kegged only 7 hours ago, 3 days in cold conditioning then racked to secondary will 10ml of Biofine. Continued to chill for 3 more days. Used WPL029 which has a reputation of taking a long time to clear. This is clear as you could want already and drinking very nicely thank-you...
