If it uses a cam/offset bushing to adjust the gap, you can get the two at different settings while the indicators read the same. And that's assuming that it was assembled correctly in the first place. Can you pull the knobs off and realign them both so that they both agree with your feeler gauge?

Ideally I'd like to be able to see everything, from newest to oldest, but at least 50. If you want to keep 8-10 on the front page and have a separate page (or pages) that show additional products, I'd be perfectly happy with it. I don't always think to look at your website unless I'm buying...

Will the new site have a page of new products? It's annoying when I don't know something has been released because other products have pushed it off the list.

I'd suggest a separate setting for a delayed start. Option to select it (or not) for any profile.

I understand that I can use it without a connection. But can I switch the connection off? I don't see any reason to have it on when I can't use it.

Can all this RAPT stuff be switched off in either hardware or software? Or does it just not connect if you don't/can't use it?

Personally I have both, but if I had to choose between them it would be the 19L (and smaller variants). 50L is useful for large parties, but as mentioned earlier it's big, awkward and heavy.
