    Good post I'll be reading with interest Mardoo I think the Brewdog recipes on some of them had a final PH reading was around 4.6 I think without checking With darker beers Brun suggests a higher mash PH so does it finish higher as well ?

    I do Krauts in my ferment fridge Definately not ideal I spray with sanitiser which hopefully helps I also pressure ferment so cant see it getting to the beer

    30 grams per 9-10 L with warm water let it soak then rinse 30 grams per 3 L for keg line cleaning let it soak then rinse or give the mother in law the first glass 100% sodium percarbonate

    I only do single batches using ULWD element 2400W , 250V on my 1V build I set the SYL- 2352P to 102c for the boil with OUTH set to 100% Gunner isolate the PID & switch element on full bore for boil as it is just adequate Takes a bit of getting youre head around programming it but pretty happy...
